The cottage is a hidden GEM! Beautiful inside and out, super clean, lovely decor and really comfortable beds! In the most wonderful location . We had a fabulous time here and will be returning to the cottage!
Charming Ragstone cottage in one of Kent's pretiest villages. This lovely cottage has plenty of old world charm, with low ceilings, open beams and it is situated right by the castle in Lympne.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one can be arranged as a double or a twin, the other has a single bed. They share a family bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Downstairs the fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for a fabulous self catering stay, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave and fully stocked pans and utensils.
There is a separate dining room and to the rear a very large conservatory that looks out on to the maniured secluded gardens. In the conservatory is sofas, wide screen TV and a Sofa bed.
The cottage benefits from free wifi and reserved parking to the front. It is close to the castle, a short walk to the lovely castle bistro and the county members pub. Lympne is the home of the Port Lympne Wild Animal park and you are a short drive from Romney Marsh, stunning sandy beaches, The Romney Hythe and District Railway plus the Dungeness bird sanctuary and lighthouse. Rye, famous for its cream teas is a half hour drive.
This delightful apartment enjoys a fabulous position 100 metres from the beach.Hythe is one of Kents most sought after holiday locations with its beach , lovely high streetand excellent pubs and cafes.The Apartment has a double bedroo with king bed and ensuite shower room.The second room is smaller with bunk beds and its own shower room opposite.The Lounge/Dining area has seating for 4 and a beautiful glass dining table. Oak cottage was converted from an old barn and has exposed wooden beams and brickwork and, stunning views . Downstairs the spacious lounge has solid wood floor and very comfortable sofas, TV and DVD Through the patio doors is a south facing terrace with landscaped gardens beyond, making it a fabulous spot to relax. The lounge is open plan with a chalet style fixed dining table and small but functional kitchen, with twin induction hob, a full integrated fan oven and grill, a microwave plus all the utensils you need. Upstairs the large main bedroom has exposed beams giving an air of romance and a panoramic floor to ceiling window providing far reaching views across open countryside and the lake. The bedroom has mahogany dressing table and an en suite dressing room. The second bedroom is accessed via the main bedroom and also has exposed beams plus beautiful garden views. All very tastefully decorated in country cottage style it provides generous and comfortable accommodation for your stay. Two of the three bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins and a high chair and cot are available if needed. The large conservatory enjoys fantastic views across the private garden and out in to open fields and woodland, the wild birds are encouraged to the feeder in the apple tree and our chickens pay regular visits to say hello. The garden is secure on all sides and provides a BBQ, patio table and chairs for up to 8 people. Through the gate you access the natural swimming lake, Table Tennis room and shared Hot Tub that can be booked for exclusive use free of charge. The cottage is situated in a small private gated estate that is run as an ecological farm. Tours are available to see the cows (and calves in season) pigs and chickens. It is an idyllic and relaxing environment to unwind and to use as a base to explore Kent or for those visiting to work.
Villa Belvedere is an architect designed villa with stunning views across the whole southern end of lake Garda.
